Tom Juza is the broker/owner of Abacus Realty, formerly known as The Juza Team, Inc., a firm noted for its aggressive and consistent sales performance leadership in the Green Bay area since 2003. Barb Klevesahl is a broker associate with Abacus Realty, formerly known as The Juza Team, Inc. She has worked in the real estate field since 2000 and has acquired a wide range of knowledge in sales on vacant land, lots, single family homes, condos/villas, duplexes, multi-family and commercial buildings. Working for a land developer and builder has presented her with a unique opportunity to learn as much as possible about new construction -- which she loves -- and relay that to customers. Barb has some leasing and property management experience, as well. The knowledge she attained as a marketing and public relations specialist have been an asset in helping to oversee real estate department functions and its marketing program. Barb enjoys analyzing reports on home sales to determine future direction for the company’s construction department. She is organized, motivated and focused… and always willing to go above what’s required to get the job done. That’s providing service that “you can truly count on!” |

Jake Mraz joined Abacus Realty, formerly The Juza Team, Inc., as a real estate broker in Feb. 2004 and very quickly gained experience in a multitude of facets within the real estate market. That experience includes single family, multi-family, commercial, vacant land, condos/villas and new construction. Plus, Jake has experience in leasing and property management, which he handles in a very organized and responsible manner. Jake’s prior experience in the construction industry has proven to be a tremendous asset to him and others, including buyers and sellers, when working with such a variety of transactions and projects. This has provided him with invaluable insight into the entire construction process – from the building phase, right through to the sale. Kelly KasaKaitas joined the real estate department in March of 2004, then known as The Juza Team, Inc. As realty assistant, Kelly is very multi-tasked, knowledgeable and a top performer, who never fails to meet her deadlines. She is dedicated, loyal and dependable and a very important asset to the team’s function-ability. Kelly is responsible for creating print ads and attributes her skills to 17 years of prior experience in desktop publishing and print coordinating. Kelly also enjoys photography and the company benefits from that skill, as well. She is an excellent research specialist for various projects within the department and the entire company…providing valuable information for the company’s building division. Her diligence and dedication are noted in the timely manner in which she completes any size task – large or small. She provides service that can always be “ counted” on. |
